About Me
Eric developed a passion for the financial services industry at a young age by accompanying his father to his Wall Street office at the former regional firm Gruntal & Co. Eric launched his own financial services career in 1994 and later became a Municipal Bond Broker at Cantor Fitzgerald from 1995 to 1999. He then transitioned to Equity Trading & Supervision at Momentum-Securities/E*TRADE until 2003.
In 2003, Eric joined Ryan Beck & Co. and moved to Stifel in 2007 following its acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co. At Stifel, he leverages his diverse experience, product knowledge, and deep investment skills to assist high-net-worth clients in managing their assets across personal accounts, retirement accounts, and profit-sharing plans. He earned a B.A. in Management from Clark University in 1992 and an MBA from Hofstra University in 1994. In addition, Eric holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Outside the office, Eric serves on the board of trustees for The Chemotherapy Foundation and enjoys playing softball and golf. He resides in Roslyn, New York, with his wife and three children.

Hilary has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her career began in 1983 at Herzfeld & Stern, which was purchased by Gruntal & Co. in 1985. Hilary remained there until Ryan Beck & Co. purchased Gruntal in 2002, and she ultimately moved to Stifel following the firm’s acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co. in 2007. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Hilary brings a wealth of knowledge in operations, client service, and management. She has been part of the Richter Wealth Management Group for more than a decade, and she has significantly enhanced our ability to address all aspects of our clients’ account-related needs, issues, and concerns. No account-related problem or question is too big or small for Hilary; she is committed to tackling and resolving them quickly and effectively.
Outside the office, Hilary enjoys spending time with her family and various pets, diving into a good book, and listening to music.

Sarah’s financial services career began in 1998 with Oppenheimer & Co. (formerly Fahnestock & Co.), and she joined Stifel in 2010 in search of new challenges. Sarah joined the Richter Wealth Management Group in 2014 and discovered the fulfillment she had been searching for throughout her career. Her enthusiasm is evident in every phone call, and her genuine love for people, combined with over 25 years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Sarah studied at Nassau Community College and Adelphi University and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Sarah and her husband, Tommy, live in Long Beach, which they enjoy exploring with their dog, Winter, by spending time at the beach and going on bike rides. Sarah also enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and traveling as much as possible.

In 2000, she transitioned to operations at Gruntal & Co., which was later acquired by Ryan Beck & Co. in 2002 and ultimately Stifel in 2007. Danielle supported the same financial advisor for nearly 15 years until his retirement. She has been a valued member of the Richter Wealth Management Group since 2016. Danielle earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Dowling College.
In her spare time, Danielle enjoys reading and taking trips to Newport, Rhode Island, to spend time with her family and indulge in all things Disney. Her home is bustling with her husband, Vinny, their daughter, Allison, and their two dogs, Charlie and Luigi.
